What am I doing?

Was reading ODB, this kinda hit me hard, so just thought about sharing it..

The Work Of Our Hands

The righteous will be in everlasting remembrance. —Psalm 112:6

One reason we’re left here on earth and not taken to heaven immediately after trusting in Christ for salvation is that God has work for us to do. “Man is immortal,” Augustine said, “until his work is done.”

The time of our death is not determined by anyone or anything here on earth. That decision is made in the councils of heaven. When we have done all that God has in mind for us to do, then and only then will He take us home—and not one second before. As Paul put it, “David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell asleep” (Acts 13:36).

In the meantime, until God takes us home, there’s plenty to do. “I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day,” Jesus said. “Night is coming when no one can work” (John 9:4). Night is coming when we will once for all close our eyes on this world, or our Lord will return to take us to be with Him. Each day brings that time a little closer.

As long as we have the light of day, we must work—not to conquer, acquire, accumulate, and retire, but to make visible the invisible Christ by touching people with His love. We can then be confident that our “labor is not in vain in the Lord” (1 Cor. 15:58). —David Roper

If you rely upon God’s strength
And live a life that’s true,
Then what you do in Jesus’ name
Will be His work through you. —D. De Haan

In God’s eyes, true greatness is serving others.

How am I serving God? Or am I? =p

Eat and eat until you fat ah..

Yeah yeah~ It has been since Christmas. Have been stuck with a lot of work this past two months. By the time I got to my computer, I'd be to lazy to do anything already. =P So here it is..

What have I been eating here in Thailand.. Chili with rice and chili juice for drinks. Dam, what would it be like to actually do that? I'm thinking.. "shit blood"?

Anyway.. I have actually been eating a whole lot spicy food here. I mean you may hate it at first.. but after a while, you wont be able to live without it.

When you guys come here, you got to eat Som Tam! It's really spicy but.. really good!

Grilled chicken and pork.. You get it anywhere on the streets! So don't say anything when I come back round ok!

Fly lice! Wet or dry? I'm actually starting to wonder about the rice that we are getting in Brunei. I understand that they are actually the lower grade compared to the ones in Thailand. But the taste, and even SHAPE of the rice are totally different. hmmm.. Beras wangi..

Been eating a whole lot lately but strangely enough.. my weight isn't going up! Am I dreaming or is the weighing scale lying to me? I mean.. the last week, I went for buffet 3 times!!! I even ate 12 slices of bacon along with other fatty stuff at one the the buffet sessions. Can you imagine? its got 3 layers of FAT.. FAT DAMMIT! FAT! Guess I should just take advantage of it now while I still can eh? =D

I don't proof read so try to figure out yourself what ever I say that doesn't seem right.=P
